壳聚糖负载ZnCl_2 催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛 被引量:2

摘要 合成壳聚糖负载ZnCl_2催化剂,并对催化剂进行红外光谱、热重和X射线衍射表征。对壳聚糖负载ZnCl_2催化苯甲醛与乙二醇缩合合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的反应进行了研究,考察反应时间、催化剂用量、醛醇比和带水剂用量等因素对苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖负载ZnCl_2作为催化剂具有较好的催化活性,在反应时间1.5 h、乙二醇与苯甲醛物质的量比为1:1.3、催化剂用量0.25 g和带水剂环己烷用量8.0 mL条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率可达90.6%,催化剂重复使用5次,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率未见明显降低。产品经红外光谱和折光率进行表征。 Chitosan doped with ZnC12 was prepared,and characterized by IR, TGA and XRD, and then was used in synthesis reaction of benzaldehyde glycol aeetal. The effects of reaction time, catalyst dosage, aldehyde/alcohol molar ratio, water-carrying agent amount and the repeated use times of the catalyst on the yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal were investigated. The results showed that chitosan doped with ZnCl2 as the catalyst exhibited better catalytic activity. The yield of benzylaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal of 90.6% was attained under the optimum reaction condition as follows : reaction time 1.5 h, aldehyde/ alcohol molar ratio 1 : 1.3, catalyst dosage 0.25 g, the amount of water-carrying agent cyclohexane 8.0 mL. The yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal was not obviously reduced after reusing the catalyst 5 times. The products was analyzed by refractive index and IR.
