摘要
研究了在5~15KR范围内60Co-γ射线对枳种子辐射效应的影响,以及ATP的辐射保护作用结果表明,辐射后种子的电导率、根尖细胞间期的微核率、染色体畸变率随剂量的增大而增大,与辐射剂量呈显著正相关ATP复合处理能有效地降低枳种子辐射后的相对电导率、微核细胞率和染色体畸变率,其中在8~15KR剂量处理中。
In this paper the biological effect of radiation on P. trifoliata (L) Raf. seeds with 60 Co- rays (dosage from 5 to 15 KR) and the protection of ATP were studied. The results showed that the permeability, small nuclear cell percentage and chromosome varition percentage of P. trifoliata seeds increased with the increasing of radiation dosage. ATP could alleviate the radiation damage as a effective radiation protector.
