摘要
针对电网备用不足时机组检修安排不合理可能产生大量缺电的情况,提出了检修优化安排的最小缺电量模型。以等备用原则为基础,在系统存在缺电时以最小缺电量为目标,尽量使检修安排后的等效负荷曲线在系统装机容量以下,保证系统安全运行。模型求解过程中,充分结合启发式搜索与逐次逼近算法的优点,以启发式搜索获得的结果作为逐次逼近算法的初始可行解,通过不断迭代逐次寻优,获得满足各类约束的最优解。云南电网175台?次机组检修优化安排结果表明,该模型具有很好的实际应用效果。
In allusion to the condition that large amount of power shortage may occur due to irrational unit maintenance scheduling under insufficient reserve capacity of power grid, a minimum power deficiency model for optimization of unit maintenance scheduling is proposed. Based on the principle of equivalent reserve capacity and taking the minimum power deficiency as the objective while power shortage exists in power grid, the proposed model can make the post- maintenance-scheduling equivalent load curve be less than total installed capacity of power grid as possible to ensure secure operation of power grid. During the solution of the proposed model, the advantages of heuristic search method and successive approximation algorithm are fully utilized; taking the obtained result of heuristic search method as the initial feasible solution of successive approximation algorithm and through unceasing iteration the step-by-step search is performed to achieve the optimal solution that can meet the condition of all constraints. The results of maintenance schedules for 175 units in Yunnan power grid show that the proposed model is practicable and available.
