灾后废旧水泥混凝土全再生利用技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了完全再生利用灾后产生的大量废旧水泥混凝土(WCC),研究再生混凝土(RC)、水泥稳定水泥混凝土废料基层材料(CCBM)的物理力学性能、耐久性、结构及机理。结果表明:RC含气量可达4.7%,维勃稠度达10~15s,28d抗折、抗压强度分别在6MPa、56MPa以上,抗渗等级在S40以上,氯离子渗透性低。RC结构包括骨料、新、旧砂浆、骨料与新、旧砂浆过渡区、新旧砂浆过渡区六相,骨料新砂浆、新旧砂浆过渡区结构致密,骨料旧砂浆界面处有裂缝,通过骨料预吸水、掺粉煤灰和外加剂改善了RC的性能。4%、5%、6%、7%水泥剂量CCBM的7d无侧限抗压强度达3.01MPa、3.94MPa、4.75MPa和4.98MPa,5次冻融循环后CCBM的BDR值大于80%,满足道路基层强度和抗冻耐久性要求。因而,"RC+CCBM"全再生利用技术可对灾后大量WCC进行100%的资源化利用。关键词:灾后重建;废旧水泥混凝土;再生混凝土; In order to completely use the recycled vast post-disaster waste cement concrete(WCC),the physical and mechanical performance,durability,structure and mechanism of recycled concrete(RC) and cement stabilized cement concrete scrap base material(CCBM) were studied.The results showed that air content of RC can reach 4.7%,with Vb consistency beyond 10 ~ 15 s,flextural and compressive strength higher than 6 MPa and 56 MPa,respectively,at 28 d,anti-permeability rank exceeding S40,and low chlorinion permeability.The structure of RC includes aggregate,new and old mortar,transition zones among aggregate,new,old mortar,transition zones between aggregate and new mortar.The new and old mortarh have compact structure,and the interface between aggregate and new mortar has cracks.The performance of RC was improved by aggregate beforehand adsorbing water,mixing fly ash and agents.Non-side-restriction compressive strength of CCBM with 4%,5%,6%,and 7% cement can reach 3.01 MPa,3.94 MPa,4.75 MPa,4.98 MPa,respectively,at 7 d.The BDR of CCBM after 5 Freezethaw cycles was greater than 80%,which can meet strength and freeze resistance requirements of pavement base.Therefore,"RC + CCBM"complete recycled use technology can reuse vast post-disaster WCC completely.
