摘要
对熊果甙的化学合成方法进行了研究.采用相转移催化法,用溴化四丁基铵作催化剂,常压下进行糖甙化反应,所得五乙酰熊果甙经脱保护基后以44%的总收率(以葡萄糖计)得到熊果甙,产物结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱所证实.该方法为常压反应,且原料易得,操作简单,对设备要求不高,具有一定的工业生产价值.
In this paper,the synthesis of Arbutin is studied.The method is based on the phase-transfer catalytic reaction with the Bu 4N·Br as catalytic agent under common pressure.The total yield obtained reaches 44% from glucose,which is satisfactory.Structures of Arbutin are identified by elemental analysis IR and NMR.The application of this method to industry is of great value with the use of Arbutin in the field of medicine and cosmetic.
