摘要
阐述了实验室条件下修改理想负滤光片膜系的可行性采用新膜系镀制的光学器件满足了单态氧二聚物非线性效应实验研究的需要.修改后的负滤光片膜系用到三种介质材料:(TiO2+ZrO2)5:3混合料,ZrO2及SiO2,比理想负滤光片膜系所用材料减少一种,膜系由高级次修改为调谐比,不但保证了反射带宽度而且降低了膜层厚度.膜系最外层介质材料由SiO2替代MgF2提高了光学器件耐用性能.同时,本文对膜系进行了简化处理与计算通过估算和参数直接对比可清楚镀件的光谱特性.
The flexibility of the alteration on ideal minus filter layer system was investigated under our experimental condition. The optics coated by applying new layer system satisfies the requirement of experimental research on sin-gle oxygen dimer excimer nonlinear effeCt. Three media (TiO2 + ZrO2 ) mixed at 5: 3, ZrO2 and SiO2, one material less than those in the ideal minus filter were used, in the deified bonus filter. The layer system modified from highorder to tuning ratio not only assures the width of the reflecting band, but also reduces the thick of the coat. The substitution of SiO2 for MgF2 in the material of the coat's surface enhances the durability of the optical device. While simplification and calculation of the layer system is possible. The spectra specification Of the device can be obtained for estimation and comparison of parameters.
