摘要
在不含Cr,Ni的SiMn结构钢中,因残余奥氏体的应变诱导相变和相变诱发塑性,可得到良好的强度与塑性配合的综合性能·通过对二种成分SiMnTRIP钢力学性能的比较及其组织分析,探讨了TRIP效应提高结构钢力学性能的机理·结果表明,含有一定Mn合金元素的TRIP结构钢,当Si含量小于20%时,含Si量愈高,其力学性能愈好·
A new type of dual phase steels was developed not containing Cr and Ni but Mn and Si. The steels show high strength as well as comprehensive plasticity because of strain induced phase transformation and transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) happened in the retained austenite in the steels. The mechanism of TRIP in plain carbon steel was discussed. The results show that the properties of this sort of TRIP steels containing Mn enhance with Si on condition that the amount of Si is less than two percent.
