摘要 对U类和O类泵阀的失效分析表明,压裂泵泵阀受高压冲击载荷和高含砂高酸度压裂酸化液冲蚀作用,产生磨料磨损、冲蚀磨损和疲劳磨损,导致密封失效,使用寿命低。为提高泵阀使用寿命,应优化阀锥角、阀盘结构及密封胶圈形状;选用合适的泵阀材料和热处理工艺,提高泵阀心部硬度,增加高硬度层厚度,改善其使用性能。 Failure analysis shows that the valves in fracturing pumps, which are subjected to high impact load and severe erosion by fracturing fluid with high sand content and high acidity, suffer from abrasive wear, erosion wear and fatigue wear, resulting in seal failure and low service life. In order to increase the service life and improve the operational performance of the valves, it is necessary to optimize the valve cone angle, valve disk structure and the shape of rubber ring and to balance heat-treatment technique with the application of correct materials, thus inereasing the core hardness and the thickness of high hardness layer of the valves.
