摘要
经过实验室研究和一汽生产试验,通过化学分析和金相分析观察,找到了20CrMnTi钢出现粒状贝氏体的原因是铬含量偏高和微量钼含量偏高;提出消除该钢种粒状贝氏体的等温退火最佳工艺,硬度和金相组织符合要求,解决了生产中的难题。
The cause of the presence of granular bainite in the as normalized 20CrMnTi steel has been found through both laboratory work and production test in the First Auto Works. A higher Cr content than that required in the specification and an extra amount of Mo were found to be responsible. An optimum isothermal annealing process has been established to eliminate the granular bainite in the steel, with both the hardness and microstructure up to the standard.
