摘要
研究了常压条件下水/有机溶剂体系对于水稻秸秆木素的脱除效果,考察了水/甲醇、水/N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、水/二甲亚砜(DMSO)和水/二甲基甲酰胺(DMF))及其在添加酸(水杨酸、甲酸、对苯二甲酸)或碱(氢氧化钠、苯胺)等助剂条件下的木素脱除率。残留木素和红外谱图分析表明,在不添加催化剂的条件下,水/非质子溶剂体系的效果优于水/甲醇等有机质子溶剂体系,水/DMSO体系、水/NMP和水/DMF体系的木素脱除率分别达到63.27%、75.14%和84.78%,而水/甲醇体系的木素脱除率为57.13%;在溶剂体系中添加少量苯胺可以有效提高木素脱除率,水/甲醇中添加苯胺后木素脱除率从57.13%提高到79.99%,水/DMF中添加苯胺后木素脱除率从84.78%提高到95.04%,处理后的样品酸不溶木素含量仅剩0.87%。回收的溶液经减压蒸馏回收木素和溶剂,溶剂回收率达到99%以上,并可循环使用。
Delignification of rice straw with wator /organic solvent systems is studied at atmosphere condition.The delignification of wator/mothanol,water/N-mothylpyrrolidone(NMP),water/dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO),and water/dimethylfemamide(DMF)are investigated with eatalysts of acid(salleylie acid,fermic acid,terephthalic acid )or alkaline (sedium hydroside,aniline),It is indicated that the delignification with water/aprotic solvent systems is superior to that with water/protic solvent system.The delignifleation with the water/DMSO,water/NMP and water/DMF system reach 63.27%,75.14% and 84.78%,respeatively ,while which with water/methanol system is only 57.13%,The delignifieation can be effectively Improved by adding anlline as catalyst (from 57.14% to 79.99% in the water/methanol system and from 84.78% to 95.04% in water/DMF system,respectively),The acid-insoluble lignin only remains 0.87% in treated sample.The separated lignin is reclaimed by vacuum distillation ,in the same time ,the mlned solvent recovery is over 99% and can be recyeled.
