摘要
半导体激光器输出波长随温度变化会发生漂移,影响其精度及使用寿命,为了使半导体激光器稳定工作,要保持它的温度稳定。设计了基于遗传算法的半导体激光器智能温度控制系统,采用MATLAB进行仿真,验证了温控系统的应用效果。
Affected by variety of temperature,the Laser Diode(LD) wave-length will drift,therefore its precision and life will be reduced.The temperature must be controlled very accurately so that LD can work stably.In this paper,an intelligent temperature control system which based on genetic algorithm is designed,and the anticipant result is testified by MATLAB emluator.
