摘要
目的:了解孕妇对盆底肌锻炼的认知和行为水平,以期为调整和改进产前教育内容提供信息。方法:采用自行设计的盆底肌锻炼认知和行为问卷,对参加北京市某三级甲等医院孕妇学校的孕妇进行调查,利用t检验、方差分析等方法对孕妇的认知水平和行为状况进行分析。结果:孕妇认知状况平均得分为(11.55±4.77)分;文化程度对认知水平有一定的影响(P<0.05);21.31%的孕妇孕期进行了锻炼,但锻炼规律,符合要求者很少;缺乏相关的知识可能是最主要的原因之一。结论:孕妇对盆底肌锻炼的认知和行为水平均较低,应在产前教育中增加相关知识,为孕妇提供专业的指导。
Objective:To understand the levels of cognition and behavior of pregnant women to pelvic floor muscle exercise,in order to provide information for adjusting and improving prenatal education contents.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire about cognition and behavior of pregnant women to pelvic floor muscle exercise was used to investigate the pregnant women from a maternity school,t test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data.Results:The average score of cognition among the pregnant women was (11.55 ± 4.77).The degree of education had impact on cognitive level (P 0.05) ;21.31% of the pregnant women took exercise during pregnancy,but they rarely met the requirements;lack of related knowledge was the main effect factor.Conclusion:The cognitive level and behavior level of pregnant women to pelvic floor muscle exercise are low,related knowledge should be added during prenatal education,and special guides should be provided to pregnant women.
