摘要
"普通教育有高考,职业教育有技能大赛"。定期举办现代物流技能大赛,对于进一步推进职业教育教学改革,强化实践教学,加强学生专业技能训练,具有十分重要的意义。通过对现代物流技能大赛进行分析,结合学校的实际情况对物流管理专业建设中的人才培养、课程改革、师资队伍建设等方面进行了一些有益的改革与探索。目的在于依照现代物流技能竞赛的标准和要求,坚持以就业为导向,以能力为本位,突出职业能力,加强实践教学,构建一个"以职业技能为核心"的教学模式。
