摘要
对甜椒采后主要生理和病理特性、甜椒采后各种保鲜技术进行综述,介绍几种常见的甜椒保鲜实用方法。
Postharvest physiology and pathology,technologies for preservation of sweet pepper were reviewed.Widely used methods to keep sweet pepper fresh were also introduced.
