卵丘细胞分泌的趋化因子5水平与卵母细胞发育潜能的关系

The correlation between the level of CC chemokine CCL5 secreted by cumulus cells and oocytes developmental potential

摘要 目的:探讨受精液中趋化因子5(CCL5)与卵母细胞发育潜能的关系。方法:收集25个体外受精周期中获得的180枚卵母细胞的受精液,按卵母细胞的发育命运分为4组:A组为35枚未受精卵母细胞的受精液;B组为72枚发育为非优质胚胎卵母细胞的受精液;C组为70枚发育为优质胚胎卵母细胞的受精液;D组为11枚发育为妊娠胚胎卵母细胞的受精液。ELISA方法测定4组中CCL5的含量,并将结果进行比较。结果:A组CCL5的含量最低,与其余3组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵丘细胞分泌的CCL5水平与卵母细胞的受精及发育潜能相关,可作为选择移植胚胎的新的参考标准。 Objective:To study the correlation between the level of CC chemokine CCL5 in fertilization fluid and oocytes developmental potential.Methods:The fertilization fluid of 180 oocytes received from 25 IVF cycles were divided into four groups according to oocytes developmental destiny:group A: fertilization fluid of 35 unfertilized oocytes; group B: fertilization fluid of 72 oocytes destined for poor-quality embryos; group C: fertilization fluid of 70 oocytes destined for good-quality embryos; group D: fertilization fluid of 11 oocytes destined for pregnant embryos. ELISA was used to observe and analyze the expression of CCL5 in the four groups.Results:Compared with group B,C,D, the level of CCL5 in group A was significantly lowest; Group C was significantly different from group B, but not different from group D.Conclusion:There is correlation between CCL5 secreted by cumulus cells and oocytes fertilization and developmental potential. The level of CCL5 may offer scientific proof in selecting implanted embryos.
