摘要 根据植物电信号特殊性,采用PMD-1208LS数据采集卡和HB-854A型四通道电压前置放大器、以LABVIEW为软件开发平台,结合MATLAB混合编程,运用小波软阈值降噪技术,设计了植物电信号采集虚拟仪器试验系统。并在一定的室温下,设定3倍放大,构建100HZ的低通滤波,同时对橡胶苗进行电位采集。经过初步分析,经过小波软阈值降噪后的橡胶苗电位信号为1mV左右,功率谱主要分布在0~20Hz,在10Hz处尤为突出。 According to the plant electrical signal particularity,this design has developed the plant electrical signal gathering hypothesized instrument pilot system with the use of PMD-1208LS data acquisition card and HB-854A four channel voltage Pre-amplifier. The design takes LABVIEW as the software development platform,combined with MATLAB mix programming,and exert wavelet soft threshold de-noising. It simultaneously carries on electric potential gathering to the rubber seedling under the same temperatures by establishing 3 time of enlargements and constructing 100HZ low-pass filtering. The preliminary analysis shows that the rubber seedling electric potential signal is about 1mV after undergoing the wavelet soft threshold value noise reduction. Power spectrum ranges mostly from 0 to 20Hz,especially predominant at 10Hz.
