摘要
针对便携式工具易发生跌落破坏的现象,文章根据便携式工具的结构特征和连接特征建立其跌落分析的基本模型,使用LS-DYNA显式动力学有限元方法,对基础模型的跌落性能展开CAE分析和实验研究,获得具有一般意义的便携式工具跌落仿真分析的方法。
Focusing on the portable instruments apt to drop and destroyed,the paper established basic model based on the structure and connection feature of the portable instruments with LS-DYNA display dynamic FEM and carried out CAE analysis and experimental study on dropping features of model,as well as obtained drop simulation analysis method of portable instruments with general meaning.
