摘要
以C-D生产函数为基础模型,构建了土地和经济增长关系的理论模型,测算了土地要素对陕西省经济增长的贡献率。从分析结果来看,资本、土地和劳动力的回归弹性系数分别为0.6218、2.7731、2.0587,其中土地要素的投资弹性最大,其投入每增加1%将带动陕西省经济增长2.7731%。从要素的贡献率来看,资本要素对经济增长的贡献率最高(64.54%);其次为土地要素(18.64%);劳动力贡献最小(12.88%)。从要素的替代弹性来看,土地要素是难以被资本和劳动力要素有效替代的。同时,从资本、土地和劳动力3个方面提出了提高陕西省经济增长的政策建议。
This paper, based on C -D production model, establishes the theory model of land and economic growth and calculates the contribution rate of land element to economic growth of Shanxi Province. The result of the analysis indicates that the regression coefficients of the capital, land and labor elements are respectively 0.6218,2.7731 and 2.0587 and that the investment of land element is most elastic, which implies that an increase of 1 percent of land input would lead to a 2.7731 percent increase of economic growth in Shanxi Province. From the point of contribution rate, the capital element contribution rate to economic growth is the highest, which is 64.54 percent, the second one is land element, which is 18.64 percent, and the third one is labor, which is 12.88 percent. At the same time, from the elasticity of substitution, it is somehow difficult to replace land element with capital and land input. Finally, the paper puts forward the policy advice in terms of the capital, land and labor for the purpose of promoting economic growth of Shanxi Province.
