摘要
以4,5-二甲基-3-腈基-2-呋喃胺与水杨醛为原料,合成了4,5-二甲基-3-腈基-2-呋喃胺水杨醛Schiff碱化合物,再与醋酸铜反应得到一种新型的呋喃胺水杨醛Schiff碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物.目标化合物通过IR、UV,元素分析及摩尔电导分析等进行了表征.应用荧光光谱法研究了该配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用.实验表明,该配合物能强烈猝灭BSA的内源荧光.
4,5-dimethyl-3-cyano-2-furan amine salicylaldehyde Schiff base was synthesized using 4,5-dimethyl-3-cyano-2-furan amine and salicylaldehyde as the raw materials.The Schiff base was allowed to react with cupric acetate,generating Cu(Ⅱ) complex with furan amine salicylaldehyde Schiff base.The Cu(Ⅱ) complex was characterized by means of infrared spectrometry,ultraviolet-visible light spectrophotometry,and elemental analysis;and its electric conductivity was measured using a molar conductance meter.Moreover,the interaction between the Cu(Ⅱ) complex and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by means of fluorescence spectrometry.Results show that the Cu(Ⅱ) complex can strongly quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA.
