摘要
针对夹具参数化生成和成组夹具设计的需求,在比较UG现有参数化设计方法的基础上,采用重用库的方法进行标准件参数化设计,既方便扩展又支持智能装配.对于非标准件,通过二次开发,实现基于图形模板的参数化设计,该方法可最大化地重用夹具设计中的知识和经验.在零件参数化设计的基础上,建立基于装配关系和关联驱动的产品级参数化方法.利用本文研究的成组夹具参数化设计方法建立了典型凸轮成组夹具库,并以凸轮夹具为例对所提方法实现夹具参数化设计的有效性进行验证.
To meet the demand of the parametric generation of fixture and group fixture design,parametric design of standard components is conducted with reusable library based on the comparison between existing parametric design methods of UG,which is convenient for expansion and also supports intelligent assembly.As for non-standard components,graphics-template-based parametric design is realized by secondary development,which can maximize the reuse of knowledge and experience of fixture design.In addition,product-level parametric approach based on assembly relationships and association drivers is built after parametricly designing the parts.Besides,the group fixture library for typical cams is established using the method of parametric design for group fixture proposed in this paper.The effectiveness of the proposed approach in realizing parametric design for fixture is verified by the example of a cam fixture.
