基于Floworks的离心泵叶片流体分析方法

摘要 离心泵叶片具有不规则的表面,设计、分析和计算是一项繁琐、复杂的工作.本文在Solidworks环境下建立三维零件与装配体模型,以Floworks对离心泵叶片进行有限元网格划分、载荷分析、应力、应变分析及安全分析,解决了离心泵叶片传统设计中存在的问题,优化设计了产品,提供了设计精度. Centrifugal pumps with the irregular surface of leaves,has complicated and complex task on design,analysis and calculation.This scheme makes three-dimensional parts and assembly model on Solidworks,carries out the finite element mesh,load,stress,strain analysis and safety analysis to Centrifugal leaf based on Floworks.It solves the traditional Centrifugal leaf design problems and optimizes the design of products,provides precision design.
