摘要
基于钴对邻菲罗啉的荧光具有熄灭的特性,建立了一种测定痕量钻的荧光分光光度法。 用该方法测定了维生素B_(12)注射液中的钻,线性范围为6~120ng/mL,检出限为3ng/mL,相对标准偏差 为1.5%(对40ng/mL的钴测定了10次)。
A spectrophotometic method for determination of trace amount of cobalt in vitamin B_12 infection has been developed. The method is based on the quenching effect of cobalt on the fluorescence of phenanthroline due to the formation of complex Co(Ⅱ)- phen. The excitation and emission wavelegths were 272 and 366nm, respectively, The range of rectilinearity is 6~120ng/mL for Co and the lower detection limit is 3ng/mL. The RSD is 1.5% (n=10) for 40ng/mL co.
