摘要
室内实验通过优选油田现有的处理剂,并配合使用室内研制的高温稳定剂SA,建立了一套抗200℃高温的超高密度(2.50 g/cm^3)饱和盐水钻井液。室内实验表明,该钻井液不仅具有良好的稳定井壁作用,而且抗钙污染能力(抗0.5%CaCl_2)和抗岩屑污染能力(抗20%岩屑)较强,满足了超深井钻井的需求。
An ultra-high density(2.50 g/cm^3) and thermo-stable(200℃) saturated salt drilling fluid system was developed by evaluating the commonly used agents and coordinating with the high temperature stabilizer SA. Laboratory experiments show that the drilling fluid has some characteristics such as bore hole stability,high Ca^(2+) tolerance(0.5%) and anti-pollution of cuttings(20%).
