摘要
哈萨克斯坦Karazhanbas油田发育多套储层,但分布不均,是一个受构造控制的断块型的边、底水稠油油藏,埋深为300~500 m,地质构造非常复杂。针对该油田稠油热采的固井技术难题,根据紧密堆积理论、超细活性矿物材料物理化学性能和加工技术,研制出了由混合减轻增强材料BCE-620S以及配套的低温促凝早强剂等外加剂组成的低密度高强度水泥浆。该水泥浆在低温下具有良好的沉降稳定性、稠化时间短且可调、水泥石致密且不收缩、抗压强度发展快且强度高、游离液为零、API失水量低及防漏能力好以及良好的水泥石抗高温强度衰退性能。配合隔离液技术及相应的固井工艺技术,该水泥浆在该油田已成功固井10余口,经测井显示固井质量优良。
Karazhanbas oil field,located in Kazakhstan,has some uniformly distributed reservoirs,with the depth 300-500 m,which is a kind of heavy oil reservoir controlled by structure with fault-block,edge and bottom water. The low density and high strength cement slurry was developed based on the close packing theory and the process technology of super-fine material,which was composed of lighten and strengthen agent BCE-620S,low-temperature accelerator,and other additives.The cement slurry has some advantages such as good suspension stability,short thickening time,tight cement stone,high compressive strength,zero free water,and low API filtration loss.This cement slurry has been successfully applied in more than 10 wells and all the cementing qualities are excellent.
