摘要
目的:研究甲酸钠对辐射损伤的抑制作用。方法:采用溶血试验,受照小鼠肝、肾组织谷胱甘肽测定,受照质粒 P U C19 D N A 链断裂测定作为检测指标。结果:甲酸钠能明显抑制紫外线致红细胞溶血作用( P< 001) ;明显提高经60 Co γ射线照射的小鼠肝、肾组织谷胱甘肽水平( P< 005 或 P< 001) ;明显抑制经60 Co γ射线照射的质粒 P U C19 超螺旋构象百分率的下降( P< 005 和 P<001) 。结论:甲酸钠能清除辐射引起的自由基损伤,具有防辐射作用。
Aim: To assess the radioprotective effect of Sodium Formate (SF). Methods: used hemolysis, GSH level of mice tissue homogenate and the change of conformation of plasmid PUC 19 as indexes. Results:SF reduced significantly hemolysis degree of erythrocyte suspensions irradiated by UV ( P <0 01). SF improved GSH levels of mice liver and kidney homogenates when mice were exposed to 6 Gy of 60 Coγ-rays ( P <0 05 or P <0 01). SF raised the percentage of supercoil conformation of PUC 19 irradiated by 100 Gy of 60 Co γ-rays compare with control group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01). Conclusion: SF scavenged free radical damage caused by UV of γ-irradiation, it has radioprotective effect.
