摘要
通过改进溶胶-凝胶工艺,在低温条件下制得了具有一定光催化性能的TiO2超微薄膜,并通过甲基橙溶液的光催化降解试验表明:随着TiO2浓度的增加光催化效率提高;当浓度增加到一定量时,光解率不再提高。
By improving the sol -gel processing technique in low temperature, we get the TiO2 supermiero with certain photochemical catalysis. With the experiments of degradation for Methyl orange solution, the essay shows that: the efficiency of photochemical catalysis improves with concentration of TiO2 ; and the etticiency win be constant even the concentration increases.
