还原型谷胱甘肽在2种大输液中的配伍稳定性考察 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究注射用还原型谷胱甘肽在5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用还原型谷胱甘肽分别与5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后的含量变化,并考察配伍液外观、pH值及不溶性微粒的变化。结果注射用还原型谷胱甘肽与2种注射液配伍后,外观、不溶性微粒和pH值在4 h内变化不明显;含量在2 h后都存在不同程度的降低。结论临床在使用该制剂与2种大输液配伍后应在2 h内滴注完毕。 Objective To determine the compatibility of domestic and imported reduced glutathione after mixing it with 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection and to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use.Methods HPLC was used to determine the level change after mixing reduced glutathione with 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injections,and the change of the mixture in appearance,pH and insoluble particles were also observed.Results There was little changes in appearance,insoluble particles and pH value 4 h after mixing,while the content was obviously changed 2 h after mixing.Conclusion Reduced glutathione is stable in 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injections,which should be injected within 2 h after mixing.
