摘要
从异质性知识耦合视角分析了产学研合作的本质,在产学研合作的钻石模型的基础上,分析了影响产学研合作的主要因素,并通过对天津高校融入滨海新区的现状、问题及其原因的分析,从科技创新基地、产学研创新联盟等七个方面提出了若干政策建议。
From the perspective of coupling heterogeneity,the essence of ＂Industry-University-Institute＂cooperation is analyzed,and on the basis of the Diamond Model,the influence factors of ＂Industry-University-Institute＂ cooperation is also analyzed.Through the Binhai new area of Tianjin University in the present situation,problems and causes are elaborated,and some suggestions in terms of science and technology innovation base,the combination of innovation coalition seven aspects are put forward in this paper.
