摘要
为了避免射孔后在水泥石上形成一些微细的裂纹而导致井下作业(如压裂等)在这些裂纹尖端处形成应力集中,造成裂纹的扩展和延伸。对动载荷条件下水泥环损伤原因及程度进行了分析,提出了提高水泥环与套管、地层的胶结强度和水泥环抗冲击能力的措施。
In this paper, through the analysis of the reason that the Cement sheath is damaged at the dynamic load conditions, it aims to learn about the reasons and the extent that the perforation damages the cement sheath, in order to avoid forming some fine cracks in the cement after the perforation and the subsequent underground operations (such as fracture) are easy to form stress concentration in the crack tip, resulting in crack propagation and rapid extension. It also proposes the countermeasures to improve bond strength among cement-loop, casing pipe and layer, and impact resistance capability of cement-loop.
