摘要
研究了稀土氧化物对负载型非晶态NiB/Al2O3合金催化苯加氢的影响和抗硫性能的影响。用XRD鉴定了非晶结构,用TPR、TPD表征了合金的表面性质。结果表明合金催化剂至少有两种中心;稀土氧化物对苯加氢催化活性提高有明显的改善作用,抗硫性能也有改善。其原因是稀土氧化物有助于氧化镍的还原,从而在反应温度下有更多的活性镍物种被还原,稀土氧化物还能使镍物种颗粒细化,提高活性镍面积。
The effect of rare earth oxide on supported amorphous NiB/Al 2O 3 alloy to benzene catalytic hydrogenation and sulfur resistance has been studied for the first time.The amoprhous structure was analyzed by XRD.The surface properties were characterized by TPR,TPD.The result showed that alloy catalyst has two centre at least.The rare earth oxide could obviously improve the catalytic activity of benzene hydrogenation and sulfur resistance.The cause was that the rare earth oxide contributed to the reduce of nickel oxide,and made the more nickel kinds reduced at the react temperture.Rare earth oxide also could make the size of nickel kinds smaller and improve the surface areas of active nickel.
