摘要
采用氯化锌活化法制备生物质废物硬壳活性炭,工艺条件为:核桃壳与氯化锌溶液质量比为1∶1.5、氯化锌溶液质量分数50%、炭化温度300℃、炭化时间90 min、活化温度600℃、活化时间60 min。对产品比表面积、孔径和表征进行了分析,并探讨了该核桃壳活性炭吸附废水中六价铬的pH值、废水初始浓度、吸附时间、振动转速等影响因素。结果表明:制得的活性炭碘吸附值为1 038.33 mg/g,比表面积为645.36 m2/g,平均孔半径为1.37 nm。当活性炭用量为0.1 g,废水pH=3,吸附接触时间为1 h,取100 mL浓度为50 mg/L的含Cr6+废水时,处理吸附量可达48.57 mg/g。活性炭最大饱和吸附值为80.24 mg/g。吸附符合Langmuir等温模式,吸附等温方程式为Ce/Qe=0.0083+0.0121Ce。
Technical conditions of preparing the activated carbon from walnut shell by using the zinc chloride activation method were as follows: impregnation ratio 1∶1.5(the mass of walnut shell to that of ZnCl2) and 50% ZnCl2 concentration respectively,the optimum conditions was 300℃ carbonization temperature for 90 min,600℃ activated temperature for 60 min. The activated carbon showed that iodine adsorption value,BET and average aperture were 1 038.33 mg/g,645.36 m2/g and 1.37 nm,respectively.The main influencing factors containing pH,Cr6+ concentration,adsorption time were studied.The results showed that the extent of adsorption capacity was 48.57 mg/g when the dosage of activated carbon was 0.1 g,pH=3,adsorption contact time was 1 h,initial Cr6+ concentration of wastewater was 50 mg/L.And the maximum absorption capacity of activated carbon was 80.24 mg/g.The reaction of walnut shell carbonized adsorption Cr6+ consistent with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,adsorption isotherm equation is Ce/Qe=0.0083+0.0121Ce.
