摘要
阐述了聚醋酸乙烯酯的合成原理及特点,研究了其合成方法,探讨了最佳工艺条件,指出了乳液聚合过程中的关键问题。其最佳工艺条件为:聚乙烯醇:醋酸乙烯酯:水(质量比)=1:7.0～13.4:9～18;醋酸乙烯酯:引发剂(质量比)=1:0.01;聚合温度70～95℃。
The synthesis principle of vinylacetate polymer is elaborated and its synthesis method is also discussed. The hest craft conditionis probed and key problem of emulsion polymerization process is pointed out. The best craft conditions are : polyvinyl alcohol: vinylacetate: water - 1:7.0 - 13.4:9-15; vinylacetate: initiating agent = 1:0.01; polytemperature 70 - 95℃.
