摘要
利用生长速率法对采自福建漳州的红麻炭疽病菌进行了不同杀菌剂的室内毒力测定。结果表明,在供试的9种药剂中,50%咪鲜胺锰盐WP的抑制效果最好,其EC50和EC90分别为0.0443μg/ml和0.8077μg/ml;25%吡唑醚菌酯EC和10%的苯醚甲环唑WG也表现了良好的抑制效果,其EC50分别为0.1410μg/ml和0.4098μg/ml,EC90分别为954.8009μg/ml和207.7769μg/ml。
The indoor toxicity test was conducted with 9 selected fungicides against anthracnose pathogen on kenaf by growth rate method. The results showed that prochloraz-manganese chloride complex 50% WP had the best control efficacy among the tested fungicides with EC500.0443μg/ml and EC90 0.8077 μg/ml; The EC50 and EC90 values of pyraclostrobin 25% EC and difenoconazole 10% WG were respectively 0.1410μg/ml and 0.4098μg/ml,954.8009μg/ml and 207.7769 μg/ml,they both showed good effect as well.
