摘要
LNG船舶建造过程中,采用新型不锈钢材料304L独立液舱的焊接变形是LNG船舶性能的重要指标.为准确预测独立液舱的焊接变形,通过平板表面堆焊的实验研究和热弹塑性有限元分析,验证了所假定的一组304L不锈钢材料性能参数的合理性;在此基础上,应用热弹塑性有限元法成功地预测了液舱结构的焊接变形.
In the process of building LNG ship,residual deformation of adopting new type of 304L stainless steel independent liquified natural gas tank is an important index to the performance of LNG ship.In order to predict welding distortion,the rationality of assumed material properties for 304L stainless steel was verified by plate surfacing welding experimental study and its thermal elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM) analysis.The thermal elastic-plastic FEM was applied to predict welding deformation of typical parts of tank successfully.
