摘要
用自由基溶液聚合法合成了原油降凝剂聚丙烯酸高级醇酯(PAHE),测定了它的红外光谱和分子量,研究了分子量和支链碳原子数对降凝性能的影响.结果表明:作为降凝剂,PAHE的最佳分子量范围为3200~40000;当PAHE的支链碳原子数接近原油中石蜡的碳原子数及其分布时,可产生较好的降凝效果.
By using methods of free radical solution polymerization, PAHE a kind of crude oil pour point reducer is made, its IR spectrum and formula weight is assayed, the effects of formula weight and branch-chained atomic number on pour point reducing behaviour is studied. The results indicate that the best formula weight of PAHE ranges from 3200 to 40000, and the best results could be achieved when the branch-chained carbon atomicity of PAHE appraoches the atomic number and distribution of paraffin in crude oil.
