摘要
随着大型钢结构工程建设数量逐年增加,相应的事故也屡见不鲜,针对大型钢结构的风险评估与控制研究变得越来越重要。结合国内外109起典型钢结构事故统计分析结果,对钢结构建造及使用阶段的风险进行识别研究,运用故障树技术建立相应的风险评估模型。以南京紫峰大厦和浦东国际机场二期航站楼两个大型钢结构工程为应用案例,对其施工阶段风险进行识别、评估与控制研究,风险管理取得预期的效果。开发大型钢结构风险评估与控制软件,该软件实现对钢结构风险数据追踪、风险辨识、风险估计、风险决策和风险跟踪等风险管理的基本流程,同时还能够进行在线风险评估,极大地提高了风险管理的效率。
Due to increasing number of the accidents for the construction and operation of large-scale steel structures,risk assessment is becoming more and more important.The risk events and factors of large-scale steel structures during construction and operation phase are identified and a model for risk evaluation is presented by fault tree analysis in accordance with the statistical results of 109 steel structure accidents.Two case histories are studied for the risk evaluation and control of the Nanjing Zifeng high-rise building and the Shanghai Pudong airport T2 terminal building,respectively.An integrated risk management software is developed to realize risk identification,assessment,evaluation,decision and monitoring,as well as online risk evaluation.
