摘要
基于混合流体的连续性方程、时均雷诺N-S动量方程,并补充RNGk-ε-kg湍流模型和完整空化模型,对轴流泵叶轮内的空化进行数值模拟。从模拟结果可以得到轴流泵叶轮内空化发生的位置和空化发生时空泡体积分数分布情况。用高速数码摄像机进行叶轮内的空化拍摄实验,并将实验结果与数值模拟结果进行对比分析,进而论证数值计算的准确性。数值模拟和实验研究揭示了轴流泵叶轮内的空化情况,为叶轮内空化的深入研究提供可靠的参考依据。
Based on mixing fluid continuity equation and Reynold N-S momentum equation,supplementing RNG k-ε-kg model and the full cavitation model the cavitation process was described.This paper completed the numerical simulation of the cavitation in an axial flow pump impeller under the designed operations,the exact cavitation location in the axial flow pump impeller from the simulation results and distribution situation of vapor volume fraction were obtained.Then completed impeller's cavitation photography experiments were completed with a high speed digital camera.Finally the experimental results were contrasted and analyzed with the numerical simulation ones,thus numerical simulation's accuracy was demonstrated.In end,real cavitation in the axial flow pump impeller has opened out through the numerical simulation and the experimental study,which will provide the reliable reference proof for the in-depth cavitation study in the impeller.
