摘要
在某型电控汽油喷射器基础上,通过对线圈匝数、不同磁导率下电磁场分布、工作气隙厚度及其位置等电磁参数及结构参数的优化,对电控喷射器进行了改进设计,增大了电磁力;开发了开启时间与关闭时间的测试系统。试验结果表明,该喷射器开启与关闭的滞后时间分别为1.65ms和0.5ms,与原汽油喷射器相比分别缩短了8%和9%,提高了动态响应性能。
Based on an electronic gasoline injector,the number of coil turns,the distribution of the electromagnetic filed under different permeabilities,and the air gap thickness and the air gap displacements were optimized.Then a new fuel injector was developed,which is more compact and of higher performance.At last,test was achieved on the measurement system,and the results show that the newly developed injector has quicker responses on opening and closing proceeding.
