摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰为主要原料,配以发泡剂、膨胀珍珠岩、石灰和硅酸铝纤维等外加剂,制备了泡沫混凝土质轻质墙材。采用正交及对比试验方法研究了原料配合比对轻质墙材密度、28 d抗压及抗折强度的影响,结果表明加入1%-2%的N发泡剂,水泥及粉煤灰的掺量在38%-50%之间时,轻质墙材的各项性能指标优于国家新墙材标准。
Foam concrete type light weight walling materials was produced with Portland cement,flay ash and the additives including foaming agents,expanded perlite,lime and alumina silicate fiber.Orthogonal and comparative test was applied in exploring the influence of concrete composition on density,compressive strength and flexural strength of 28 days.The results showed that when the content of N-foam agent was between 1%-2%,cement and fly ash 38%-50%,the properties of light weight walling material met the new national standards of wall material.
