摘要
在钢结构工程施工质量监督中,发现不少钢结构施工单位和监理单位对钢结构施工质量控制存在诸多盲点,对钢结构加工及安装知识了解甚少,对规范、标准要求以及实体质量控制的重要性认识严重不足,专业队伍素质良莠不齐,时有"家庭作坊"式的钢结构施工队伍充斥其中;加之监理人员自身业务知识匮乏,不能进行有效监理,致使一些工程出现质量隐患或发生质量安全事故。针对这些问题,结合自身的工作经验和体会,就如何有效预防钢结构工程质量问题进行探讨。
In the quality supervision of the steel structure construction, it was found that many steel structure constructors and supervisors had blind spots on quality control and less knowledge on the steel structure process and installation, and impercipient for the importance of the codes and the standards. Also the working group lacked professional skill, even the ＂domestic workshop＂ type of constructors were met sometimes. Furthermore, the supervisors lacked necessary professional knowledge and gave the ineffective supervision, which caused some projects having potential quality problems and accidents. According to these problems mentioned above, the author proposes some measures of how to prevent quality problems effectively combined with his experience and understanding.
