摘要 当超临界直流锅炉燃用煤的硫含量St.ar平均值在1.5%以上时,一般会出现高温腐蚀。通过对某超临界前、后墙对冲燃烧直流锅炉所送检的水冷壁管烟气侧腐蚀状况,采用目视、体视镜、电镜、能谱以及X射线衍射分析等方法进行检查分析,确定了高温硫腐蚀的产物,并对成因进行分析,然后提出防治的措施和建议,为预防高温硫腐蚀提供参考。 When the content of sulfur St.ar is more than 1.5% in the coal,high temperature sulfur corrosion will generally occur in supercritical concurrent boilers.An analysis is made of the corroded water wall samples of a supercritical concurrent boiler by such means as visual inspection,stereoscope,electron microscope,energy spectrum and X ray diffraction,and the production of high temperature sulfur corrosion is determined.Based on the analysis of the causes for the corrosion,some prevention measures are proposed,which can be used as a reference for prevention of high temperature sulfur corrosion.
