E-603双金属重整催化剂的水-氯平衡直接影响到它的活性、稳定性和选择性。多次再生实践表明,再生后的催化剂其氯含量如低于指标1.0m%,每减少0.1m%则反应器入口温度大约需要增加3℃。催化剂上氯含量为0.9m%时比氯含量为1.0m%时的运转周期约缩短20%。
The water-chlorine equilibrium on E--603 dual-metal reforming catalystdirectly effects the activity, stability and selectivity of the catalyst. Catalystregeneration practice shows that if the chlorine content of regenerated cata-lyst is lower than the target value of 1. 0% (wt), the reactor inlet temperaturewill be increased by about 3℃ for each 0. 1% (wt) increment of chlorine conte-nt. The operation period of reforming catalyst containing 0. 9 % (wt) of chlorineis 20% shorter than that containing 1. 0% (wt) of chlorine.
