人力资本、家庭资本与大学生就业政策绩效——基于江苏省20所高校的经验研究 被引量:49

Human Capital,Family Capital and the Performance of Employment Policy——An Empirical Study based on 20 Universities in Jiangsu Province

摘要 基于江苏省20所高校大学生的调研数据,用Logistic回归法分析人力资本、家庭资本拥有情况对大学生就业政策绩效的影响,结果发现,人力资本、家庭资本对大学生的自主创业意愿,大学生到西部、基层和艰苦地区就业的意愿,以及大学生对"鼓励大学生创业政策"和"到西部、基层和艰苦地区就业政策"的了解程度有显著影响。为提高大学生就业政策绩效,必须针对具有不同"资本存量"的大学生群体实施分类指导和就业政策支持,从宏观层面上建立起促进大学生就业的长效机制,以缓解日益紧张的大学生就业压力。 Based on large-scale survey data of 20 universities students in Jiangsu Province of China,this paper deals with analysis on the relationship among the human capital,family capital and the performance of students' employment policy by the means of logistic regression method.The empirical study shows that both human capital and family capital have significant effects on graduates' self-employed aspiration,desire to go to work in the West,grassroots community and areas of hardship.In order to upgrade the efficiency of graduates' employment policy,both government and universities should have different classification guidance to the student groups with different capital stock backgrounds,and establish a long-term mechanism in macro-level,so that the employment pressure could be fundamentally relieved.
