摘要 印染废水的治理是水系环境治理的重点,将TiO2作为光催化剂用于印染污水治理引起了人们的高度重视。本实验用水解法制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用其对二甲酚橙溶液进行降解。TiO2焙烧温度为300℃、溶液pH值为2.4,溶液初始浓度为20 mg/L,降解时间为30 m in时,二甲酚橙溶液降解率最高可达97.6%,该催化剂重复使用10次后仍保持较好的催化活性,对二甲酚橙溶液的降解率仍超过85%。 Printing and dyeing waste water treatment has become one of the key part of sewage treatment.TiO2 has aroused great attention as photocatalyst used for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.Nano-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by hydrolyzation and used to degrade xylenol orange solution.The photocatalytic degradation rate of xylenol orange was highest when calcining temperature of Nano-TiO2 was 300 ℃,pH of xylenol orange solution was 2.4,initial concentration of xylenol orange solution was 20 mg/L,the degradation time was 30 min.The highest degradation rate of xylenol orange was up to 97.6%.The catalyst can be reused more than 10 times and exhibited high performance with degradation rate of xylenol orange over 85%.
