摘要
以液压系统广泛采用的负载敏感节流调速回路为例,探讨了利用AMESim软件建立负载敏感节流调速回路仿真模型的方法,结合节流调速回路在工程应用中的三个主要特性,对其动态特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,仿真模型较好地反映了系统的动态性能,使用三通压力补偿器的节流调速回路具有压力补偿和负载敏感功能,模型建立正确。
The way to build simulation model of throttling speed control circuit with AMESim is discussed by taking the load-sensitive throttling speed control circuit as an example, which is widely used in hydraulic system. The simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics is carried out combining three main features of the circuit in applications. The results indicate that the simulation model can properly reflect the dynamic performance of the system; throttling speed control circuit applying the three-way pressure compensator is pressure-compensated and load-sensitive; the model is built correctly.
