摘要
工程全寿命周期设计的本质是在"工程全寿命周期系统最优化"的目标下,运用全寿命周期的理论和方法进行设计和优化,以实现工程可持续发展。工程全寿命周期设计价值体系由工程功能—经济价值、工程—环境价值和工程可持续发展价值构成,包含8项具体目标。基于EBS和OBS,通过子目标设计方案和子工程系统设计方案之间的整体优化和协调集成,形成工程全寿命周期设计方案。该设计理念和方法已在某变电站工程中得到了成功应用。
The essential of engineering life cycle design is doing special design and global optimization by using life cycle theory and method to achieve the life cycle system optimization and sustainable development.The value system of engineering life cycle design is made up of engineering function-economic value,engineering-environment value and engineering sustainable development value.It includes eight objects.Engineering life cycle design is based on EBS and OBS.The final design proposal is harmonize and integrate result of sub-object design and sub-engineering system design.It has been used in some transformers substation design successfully.
