切开复位内固定治疗Pilon骨折75例 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察切开复位内固定对Pilon骨折的治疗效果。方法对75例胫骨Pilon骨折采用切开复位内固定方法进行治疗,Rüedi-Allgwer分型：Ⅰ型14例,Ⅱ型35例,Ⅲ型26例。结果 75例术后均获随访,随访时间9~68个月,平均39个月。10例复位不理想,9例发生感染,8例骨不愈合。踝关节功能Mazur评定：优36例,良17例,可12例,差10例。结论选择合适的治疗时机,复位重建胫骨关节面、有效维持复位是治疗Pilon骨折成功的关键。
