摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方左氧氟沙星地塞米松喷雾剂中的地塞米松的含量方法;方法采用美国Waters2695高效液相色谱仪,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.1mol.L-1醋酸铵溶液(用磷酸调节pH至4.0)(50:60)为流动相;检测波长242nm。结果在15.84~79.24μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994。回收率为99.4%(n=3)。结论本法可准确测定复方左氧氟沙星地塞米松喷雾剂中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量,适用于该药品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in compound levofloxacin dexamethasone sprays.METHODS US Waters 2695 High Performance Liquid Chromatograph Instrument was used and octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was used filler;Methanol-0.1mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 4.0)(50∶60) was used as the mobile phase and test wavelength was 242nm.RESULTS The content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate within the range of 15.84~79.24μg·mL-1 shows a good linearity.r=0.9994 and its recovery is 99.4%(n=3).CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the exact content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in compound levofloxacin dexamethasone sprays and as a control over product quality as well.
