摘要
改革开放及高等教育"211工程"和"985工程"实施以来给重点高校图书馆带来了新的发展机遇,高校图书馆在追求资源建设改革发展的同时产生了许多误区,这些误区不仅没有起到改革促进的作用,反而延迟了其发展的步伐。本文结合实际,找出高校图书馆资源建设发展中的误区所在,分析其成因,并就其变革策略进行客观探讨分析。
Since the reform open policy and the highereducation ＂211 projects＂ and ＂985 projects＂ have brought the new development opportunity for the key university library,the university library have had many erroneous zones during pursue resources construction development,these erroneous zones not only have not played the role which the reform promotes,instead retarded its development step.This article links to the reality,discovers in the university library resources construction development the erroneous zone to be,analyzes its origin,and carries on the objective discussion analysis on its transformation strategy.
