核心竞争力是图书馆发展的决定因素。拥有学科知识背景和图书情报知识的高素质学科馆员,在提升高校图书馆核心竞争力上起着关键作用。高校图书馆应通过健全学科馆员制度,强化激励机制,提高学科馆员服务水平,来增强核心竞争力。
Core competence is the determinant in the library development.High-quality subject librarians,provided with subject knowledge and library and information science knowledge,play a key role in raising the core competence of university library.University libraries should build up their core competence through improving subject librarian systems and consolidating incentive mechanism to improve service level of subject librarians.
